Gin Eva La Mallorquina uses pomace from Mallorcan La Mallorquina olives, steeped in alcohol for several weeks, then distilled and blended with juniper distillate and a touch of coriander. Tasting
The nose shows ripe olive and nutmeg with floral orange blossom hints and herbal juniper. On the palate, very dry with silky texture — dry juniper and cilantro, an earthy quality with olives, savoury and subtly coastal. The finish is long with juniper and olive persisting.
