Gyre & Gimble Wild Coastal Gin uses real sea water in the dilution process alongside foraged Norfolk rock samphire, dulse seaweed and lavender. Sea salt is added post-distillation to bring out all botanicals. Best English Contemporary Gin at World Gin Awards 2021.

Tasting

The nose is salty samphire with lavender, pepper and citrus. On the palate, softer and fruitier with citrus, juniper and lavender — genuine maritime salinity from sea water. The finish is salty and bright.
