Tasting
The nose presents tropical aromas of ripe mango, passion fruit, and lime. On the palate, sweet sticky mango meets zingy passion fruit, balanced by zesty lime, with juniper popping up amongst the fruit and gentle heat on the finish. Subtly spicy juniper and cassia in the background maintain gin identity. The finish is clean and revitalising with tropical satisfaction.
