Tasting
The nose evokes freshly cut summer hay with subtle vanilla, lemongrass and cinnamon alongside piney juniper. On the palate, a surprisingly sweet initial burst — bison grass vanilla and hay character balanced by zesty lemon-lime, juniper asserting gradually with peppery spice. The finish is warming with summer herbs fading gently.
