Nose

Rich juniper with soft caramelised orange — caramelised citrus, soft spice, and added viscosity

Palate

Creamy soft butter and vanilla sweetness with velvety mouthfeel — wonderful creamy orange sweetness rolling over the tongue, still clearly gin but with barrel richness

Finish

Juniper returning as palate dries, alongside citrus zest, cardamom and whisker of dry wood spice
