Refreshing juniper followed by citrus — cucumber and soothing chamomile, lavender floral notes, the juniper very present and supported by deliciously floral elements

Palate

Refreshing, light and crispy — fresh cucumber balanced by a pleasant bitterness, more complex than the Classic expression, chamomile smoothness, rooibos providing body, buchu herbal depth from centuries of indigenous use

Finish

Clean cucumber fade with chamomile smoothness — shorter than alcoholic spirits but well-composed, juniper lingering gently, the bitterness providing a satisfying conclusion
