Nose

Sherbet lemon with fresh juniper crispness — hints of sweet blueberry, cardamom, rosemary and caraway, Nordic forest character, the lingonberry adding tart berry brightness

Palate

Full-bodied and balanced — Balkan juniper providing the backbone, lingonberry tartness, Seville orange and lemon citrus, fennel and coriander spice, rose petals adding floral elegance, blended with the purest Finnish water

Finish

Sweet lip-smacking anise — the fennel providing a pleasant aniseed conclusion, lingonberry tartness lingering, juniper reasserting, clean and composed at 47%, Nordic and refined

Distilled at the Helsinki Distilling Company with nine hand-picked botanicals including Finnish lingonberries — the tart red berry that grows wild across the Nordic forests. Best Finnish Gin at World Gin Awards 2016, Spirit of the Year at Destille Berlin 2016, Gold in 2016 and 2017. Balkan juniper, Seville orange, rose petals and pure Finnish water. Full-bodied and balanced with Nordic forest aromas and floral citrus.
