Nose

Warm cinnamon and apple — reminiscent of tarte tatin, the Viking Gold resin adding ancient pine notes, charred oak smokiness, complex and earthy

Palate

Smooth and well-rounded — classic juniper complemented by coriander, sweet citrus, spice from ginger and galangal, Danish apple sweetness, charred oak providing smoky dryness, the Viking Gold resin adding depth from millennia-old trees

Finish

Clean and crisp — charred oak smokiness, apple warmth, the ancient resin leaving a contemplative pine note, ISC Gold quality in every sip
