Nose

Rich citrus oil — intense lemon with bitter orange rind notes underneath, faint terpenic conifer note lurking, the Amalfi lemons declaring themselves immediately and completely

Palate

Lemon so firm it initially drowns the other botanicals — give it time and juniper emerges alongside spicy coriander, bitter orange providing balance, the vacuum distillation preserving a freshness that traditional heat would lose, slight sweetness

Finish

Juniper and cassia warmth building late — lemon oil lingering on the lips, coriander spice, cleaner and more composed than the citrus-forward palate suggests, surprisingly dry
