Nose

Big and bold berry — raspberry and blackberry dominating, hints of juniper and fresh herbs underneath, inviting and immediately fruity

Palate

Earthy at first — coriander and rosemary making an impression, then sweet and juicy with big bundles of fresh berry notes, not overpowering, mellow and unique

Finish

Smooth and lingering — sweet-tart berries giving way to herbal rosemary and earthy angelica, slight peppery hint, balanced

The berry expression from Arderin Distillery — 'Mór' meaning 'big' — and big bold berries is exactly what this delivers. Raspberries, blackberries, and cranberries infused with Slieve Bloom mountain water gin. Earthy rosemary and angelica balance the fruit. Awesome for gin newcomers.
