Nose

Fresh juniper — citrus of orange and lemon, balsamic softness, subtle liquorice, apple and apricot fruit, a Cognac nose translated to gin

Palate

Floral and typical juniper — supple and rich, aromatic notes evolving to almond nuttiness, bitter orange bringing fresh bitterness, blood orange character, the Cognac-trained palate evident in the balance

Finish

Very pleasant, fresh, very long — the Cognac producer's expertise in long finishes translating perfectly to gin, citrus and almond persisting
