Palate

Bold character — juniper, lemon, black pepper, lemongrass standing out, cardamom warmth, bird's eye chilli providing gentle heat, dragon fruit adding subtle sweetness, the Vietnamese botanicals creating cuisine-like complexity

Finish

Well-rounded — lemongrass and black pepper persisting, Saigon cinnamon warmth, a distinctly Vietnamese close, long and spice-accented
