Nose

Wonderfully aromatic — pronounced juniper oils, burnt orange peel, herbal aromas, peppery spice and cassia, hazy brick-red colour

Palate

Enlivening spicy herbal fruit — strong piney juniper, cracked black pepper and clove, lemon verbena, zesty marmalade and tannic Earl Grey tea

Finish

Long and spicy — scorched oak with lingering cracked pepper that persists through the summer fruit sweetness
