Citrus-forward — fresh mint and black tea hints coming through, bog myrtle adding moorland depth, sea buckthorn providing tart brightness, meadowsweet's honey-almond sweetness, juniper structuring throughout at 43.7%

Finish

Clean and herbal — wild water mint freshness lingering, heather warmth, the island's character persisting

Sixteen botanicals — ten classic, six hand-foraged from the wild shores and meadows of Colonsay in the Southern Hebrides. Bog myrtle, heather, meadowsweet, lemon balm, wild water mint and sea buckthorn, distilled in a century-old copper still at Langley. IWSC Gold 2017.
