Nose

Aromas of cooked caramel, vanilla beans, orange zest and angel food cake.

Palate

Flavors of sweet breads, coco, molasses and white pepper. Coats the mouth with a feeling similar to that given by cotton candy. Finish is very smooth despite the higher proof. Notes of vanilla and sassafras linger even after the portion is long gone.
