Bathtub Old Tom follows the compound gin method — botanicals cold-compounded into the spirit rather than redistilled. The result is almost the very definition of what an Old Tom should be — thick, syrupy, full of sweet spice. A Gold Medal winner and perfect for Tom Collins cocktails.

Tasting

The nose is fruity and sweet with pronounced botanicals and warming spice. On the palate, thick and almost syrupy with cinnamon, cardamom and superbly balanced orange-cinnamon-clove. The finish is long-lasting with a hint of pepper.
