Nose

Lots of citrus upfront with juicy lime and pulpy grapefruit — balanced by soft juniper and green pinecones, lavender and cardamom adding a subtle floral layer

Palate

Clean pine spice from juniper followed by fresh grapefruit and coriander seed — black pepper builds with angelica dryness, light mineral and eucalyptus from bay leaf, then subtle lime and lavender

Finish

Fairly long with good flavour and character — slight bitterness with an earthy camphoraceous coolness
