The number refers not to the eight botanicals but to the eighth recipe iteration. Distilled in 'Connie', a small copper pot still named after the master distiller's mother. Macedonian juniper, Bulgarian coriander, Spanish citrus, Indonesian cassia, Sri Lankan nutmeg — plus two secret ingredients. Deeply juniper-driven with sage and violet.
