Tasting Notes

Nose

Birch-like juniper — cinnamon, lemongrass, coriander, cardamom, lime and grapefruit zest, the Malaysian botanicals adding exotic warmth

Palate

Smooth and full-bodied — sweet orange spice, bold juniper at the core, sweet citrus peels, bitter pith, warming spices gathering toward the finish, the Raffles Hotel collaboration producing a gin of genuine Southeast Asian character

Finish

Elegant, bright, balanced — warming spices, the Singapore Sling heritage in every sip, long and sophisticated

Expert Review

8/10

Created by Master Distiller Jared Brown in collaboration with Raffles Hotel Singapore for the 100th anniversary of the Singapore Sling in 2015. Malaysian peninsula botanicals: jasmine, pomelo, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, nutmeg, and cardamom alongside classic London Dry botanicals. The ultimate Singapore Sling gin.
