Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet brown sugar, orchard fruit, citrus, toasted nuts. The Caribbean rum cask finishing adds tropical warmth to the malt-rich base.

Palate

Toasted coconut, oak, juicy tropical fruits, vanilla, icing sugar. Biscuity malt, rich brown sugar sweetness. Candied citrus balancing herbaceous mint. The rum finishing adds genuine Caribbean character. At 50%, excellent body.

Finish

Marzipan, toasted nuts, oaken vanilla, sweet orchard fruit. Pepper, marmalade, a touch of ginger.
