Fresh rye bread, cracked black pepper, honey, and a bright note of orange zest. Beneath lies a herbal lift — mint, dill, a sprig of thyme.

Clean and spice-driven. Rye crisps, clove, a drizzle of honey, then cinnamon, cardamom and a soft caramel sweetness from the barrel.
