Beeswax, barley sugar, cooked apple, dunnage-warehouse earth and a trace of heather smoke drifting in from the hill.

Medium-bodied, waxy and deliberate — toffee, dried apricot, malt loaf, a hint of milk chocolate and a soft sherried undertow.

Gentle and slow, with oak, nutmeg and a final dry curl of tannin.
