Nose

Vanilla pod, fresh pear, lightly toasted oak and a faint maritime salinity lifting from the glass.

Palate

Soft barley sweetness gives way to baked apple, almond, white pepper and a gentle thread of smoke.

Finish

Medium length, warming and clean, with cereal warmth and a lingering oaky spice.
