Tasting Notes

Nose

Old polished oak, dried apricot, walnut, sea air and a whisper of peat that has all but burned out.

Palate

Soft, viscous and complex — dried fruit, beeswax, candied citrus, hazelnut and a saline mineral undertow.

Finish

Long and gentle, drying slowly with nuts, salt and the memory of pepper rather than the thing itself.
